Sand and cement render...

..creates an ultra tough bond to the exterior of your home protecting
it from the elements and providing an attractive finish. Sand and cement rendering requires one base coat, known as scratch coat, followed by a top coat which is rubbed to a smooth finish.

Tyrolean...

..is a cementitious cement based render incorporating silicone technology. It is hardwearing & weatherproof.

Monocouche...

..cement render is applied to the exterior or interior of building structures to provide both decoration and weather protection.

The term “Monocouche” literally translates as “one-coat” and has been adopted by the European cement render industry in an attempt to distinguish modern renders and their application methods from those of traditional renders. It refers to the development of more advanced render formulations that can be applied in one coat to form and cure as one monolithic layer on the elevation of a building. Monocouche comes in a wide range of colours with something to everyones taste.

K Rend Scraped Textured Finishes...

..are the first to have achieved the prestigious Kitemark license to BS EN 998:2003. The Kitemark is the world’s premier symbol of trust.

K Rend Scraped Textured Finish renders form an attractive range of one coat applications plastered directly on to blocks or brickwork. They can also be used as a finish in conjunction with a K Rend Base Coat. K Rend features many different colours to choose from.
